Integrity Above All
Our tolerance for misconduct — financial or personal — is zero. Trust is our most valuable asset.
Why Integrity Cannot Be Compromised
In investing, reputation compounds just as capital does. A single act of dishonesty — a misleading statement, a concealed conflict of interest, a hidden fee — can destroy decades of trust in an instant. We treat integrity not as a policy but as a foundation.
We hold ourselves to a higher standard than what is legally required. Legality sets the floor, not the ceiling. Many practices that are technically permissible are nonetheless inconsistent with the trust our investors place in us.
Financial Integrity
Every fee, every cost, every allocation is disclosed fully and transparently. We do not engage in practices that obscure the true cost of investing with us. When we make a mistake — and we will make mistakes — we report it clearly and take responsibility.
We do not use leverage in ways that put investor capital at outsized risk without full disclosure. We do not pursue short-term performance tactics that could create long-term harm.
Personal Integrity
We apply the same standards personally. We do not invest alongside our investors in ways that create conflicts. We do not benefit from information asymmetries. We treat all investors equally, regardless of the size of their investment.
Trust, once broken, is nearly impossible to rebuild. We prefer to earn less than to compromise the integrity that makes long-term partnership possible.
